Semillas

Semillas de la Esperanza is a community space for participation located in the neighbourhood of Potosí, Bogotá, Colombia. The project activated a community garden and an eco-classroom, creating a place where cultural, artistic, and ecological activities are developed through collective work.

Semillas de la Esperanza is conceived as a meeting point where different generations come together, sharing knowledge, stories, learning processes, and experiences woven through community collaboration.

We carried out a fundraising initiative to support Semillas de la Esperanza. As part of this process, we created an infographic video to explain the project and organized a community fundraising event. Through these collective efforts, we were able to raise and donate part of the funds that helped make this beautiful space possible.

This project exists thanks to the strength of community working together—demonstrating how collective action, creativity, and solidarity can transform a space into a place of learning, care, and hope.
